CMI Associates Incorporated was established in 1996 by Robert Gilmour. We started as a turnkey framing contractor in Denver and on the Front Range. We now specialize in single family, multi-family, production and commercial building across Colorado. We are confidant CMI Associates will exceed your expectation with quality building services, accurate bidding and professional office support.

CMI Associates has been providing quality carpentry in a safe environment for the past twelve years. We are members of the HBA and are fully insured and bondable. CMI Associates is a framing contractor for many green builders in the Boulder and Denver area. We are experts in maximizing green points on any project. CMI Associates will be featured on Building It Green on Homes and Garden TV, in fall 2008.

CMI Associates has recently expanded to General Contractor, and Builder/Developer. In the past three years, we have built five new homes in Denver and Douglas Counties. We recently finished a home in Cherokee Ridge Estates (Whisper) and are under construction on a duplex in Platt Park (Penn). We will provide a free consultation on building your dream home.
