We perform all types of rough carpentry but the majority of the work we do falls into 3 major categories which are multifamily projects, commercial projects and custom or semi-custom residences. We can provide a complete turn-key with lumber, structural steel, trusses and stairs or a labor only service.

Our multi-family projects are contracted under the name of CMI Multiverse and we do prevailing wage projects through our subsidiary US Frame and Trim.

We currently have projects in Denver, Boulder, Arapahoe, Adams and Douglas counties. We also work in Summit, Grand and Eagle counties. Most recently we have expanded into Crested Butte and the Gunnison Valley.

We are fully insured with no multi-family exclusion and are bondable.
